Capital Commitment and Drawdowns

  • How it works: Investors commit capital up front, but it's drawn down over time as deals are sourced. This allows the partners to raise and plan capital efficiently for opportunistic or value-add strategies.

  • Focus on Higher-Yield Strategies

Alignment of Interests

  • Limited Partners (LP) have a preferred return of 8%.

  • General Partners (GP) are required to invest their own capital.

  • Investors gain access to a diversified portfolio mitigating risk.
